When injecting PET preforms, the melt at high temperature (280 ℃) causes severe wear on the screw and is prone to adhesion, resulting in uneven crystallization of the preforms, with a pass rate of only 92%. Daokedao adopts Ni-Cr-Al-Y high-temperature alloy cladding technology, and the surface coating of the screw maintains HRC55 hardness at 300 ℃. The high-temperature wear resistance is increased by three times, the surface roughness is Ra0.05 μ m, and the PET adhesion is reduced by 90%. For the Φ 45mm PET preform screw, with a melting layer thickness of 0.1mm and a plasticizing temperature fluctuation controlled within ± 5 ℃, the crystallization uniformity of the preform is improved by 40%. After repair, the lifespan of the screw was extended from 5 months to 18 months. After application in a certain beverage packaging factory, the qualification rate of bottle preforms increased to 99.6%, the weight deviation was reduced from ± 0.5g to ± 0.1g, and the blow bottle damage rate decreased from 8% to 1.2%. The equipment is equipped with PET specific melting parameters, suitable for injection molding of bottle preforms with different capacities (500ml-2L), helping enterprises improve packaging quality and production efficiency.
