After the support surface of the locking force of large molds (weighing>5 tons) wears out, the uneven distribution of locking force leads to mold deformation and product size deviation. After repairing the support surface, the flatness error is ≤ 0.005mm/m, and the uniformity of the locking force distribution is improved by 90%.
