After the wear of the plastic profile mold channel, uneven material flow leads to the appearance of ripples and uneven wall thickness on the surface of the profile. Daokedao adopts mirror cladding technology, with a roughness of Ra0.05 μ m on the inner wall of the channel, a 20% reduction in material flow resistance, and a 15% increase in extrusion speed. By using wear-resistant alloy powder, the service life of the flow channel is extended to 2.5 times the original life, and the thickness difference of the profile wall is reduced from ± 0.1mm to ± 0.05mm. The equipment is designed for complex flow channels in profile molds and adopts a five axis linkage melting system to ensure smooth transition of the flow channel surface. The surface smoothness of the profiles produced by the repaired mold has been improved by one level, and the scrap rate has been reduced from 8% to 1.5%, suitable for extrusion production of plastic doors and windows, decorative profiles, etc.
