Metallurgical blast furnace tuyere, steelmaking converter ear shaft and other high-temperature components are prone to high-temperature oxidation and wear when working in an environment of 800-1200 ℃ for a long time. Daokedao adopts Ni-Cr-Al-Y high-temperature alloy cladding material, and the coating can maintain a hardness of HRC40 or above at a high temperature of 1000 ℃, and the high-temperature oxidation resistance meets the requirements of GB/T 13303 standard. By using preheating and slow cooling processes, residual stress after repairing high-temperature components can be reduced to avoid cracking. The equipment adopts a high-temperature resistant working arm, which can be repaired on site when the equipment cools down to below 300 ℃, reducing downtime. The service life of the repaired blast furnace tuyere is extended to more than 12 months, which is 50% higher than the original.
