Automotive instrument panel glove boxes provide storage space, requiring seamless appearance, firm structure, and reliable sealing, adapting to cockpit temperature changes and vibration. Traditional ultrasonic welding leaves visible weld marks, affecting interior aesthetics, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding realizes seamless welding of ABS and PC glove box housings, with no visible weld marks, smooth surface, and consistent texture with the instrument panel. The weld has high toughness, withstanding repeated opening and closing (≥25,000 times) without cracking, and meets IP65 protection grade, blocking dust and moisture intrusion. The non-contact process generates no debris, suitable for clean interior assembly workshops, with no post-processing required. The equipment supports curved surface welding, adapting to different glove box designs, cycle time 8-11 seconds per unit, helping automakers improve interior quality and user experience.
