The valve molds for medical equipment ventilators must meet biocompatibility standards. Traditional chrome plated molds are prone to metal ion precipitation, which does not meet medical requirements. Additionally, the chrome plating layer is prone to wear, resulting in a decrease in valve sealing performance and a service life of only 20000 to 30000 molds.

The Daokedao laser cladding equipment uses medical grade titanium alloy powder, and the cladding layer has no metal ion precipitation, which meets the ISO 10993 biocompatibility standard.
