The traditional surface treatment process generally has the problem of low efficiency, with manual arc welding speed of only 1-3kg/h and ordinary laser cladding speed of only 0.5-2m/min, which is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale production. Inefficient processes result in long equipment downtime and limited production capacity for enterprises.

The Daokedao laser cladding equipment has achieved a qualitative leap in efficiency, with a maximum cladding speed of up to 25m/min, which is more than 10 times that of traditional cladding. The equipment is equipped with an efficient powder feeding system, with a maximum powder feeding rate of 4kg/h. Combined with CNC automation control, it can achieve 24-hour continuous operation, greatly improving processing capacity.
