In cold regions or low-temperature equipment, shaft components are prone to cracking and wear due to freeze-thaw cycles, making them difficult to repair with traditional methods. Flame spraying reduces coating adhesion by 50% in low-temperature environments, while overlay welding often leads to new cracks due to excessive temperature differences, resulting in a service life of less than three months for repaired parts.

The Daodao Dao Laser Cladding Equipment is optimized for low-temperature working conditions, employing preheating compensation technology to precisely control the substrate temperature between 50-80°C, effectively preventing cracks caused by thermal stress. The equipment utilizes nickel-based alloy powder with excellent low-temperature toughness, achieving an impact toughness of 120J/cm² in the cladding layer, far surpassing the 50J/cm² of traditional processes.
