To ensure the quality of repair, the laser cladding of printing and dyeing textile rollers must follow a rigorous process flow. Next is the core laser cladding process, which precisely controls parameters such as laser power, scanning speed, and powder feeding rate under inert gas protection for cladding. After the fusion is completed, stress relief annealing treatment may be carried out as needed. Finally, through precision grinding and polishing, the dimensional accuracy and smoothness of the roller surface meet the usage standards, and final quality inspection is carried out
