During mass production of automotive molds, mold cavities are prone to scratches and wear due to friction and impact, affecting the quality of stamping parts. Based on Laser Cladding technology, Daokedao Laser Cladding Equipment can perform minimally invasive repair and strengthening on mold cavities. The equipment uses a small-spot laser beam, with a minimum cladding spot diameter of only 0.2mm, enabling precise repair of fine scratches. Meanwhile, the bonding strength between the cladding layer and the mold substrate reaches over 800MPa, which can withstand high-frequency stamping loads.
