Australian mining machinery (e.g., excavator buckets, conveyor rollers) wears quickly due to abrasive ores. Daokedao’s laser cladding equipment provides a heavy-duty wear solution.

It uses a high-chromium alloy powder to create a coating with a wear resistance 3 times higher than ordinary steel. A Western Australian mine tested it on 20 excavator buckets: the buckets’ service life extended from 3 months to 12 months, cutting replacement frequency by 75%.

The equipment also supports large workpiece processing (up to 5m in length) and continuous 24-hour operation. With Australia’s strict environmental standards, its low-noise, dust-free design meets local regulations—making it ideal for mining sites.
