Infusion set spike connectors pierce vials and connect to infusion tubes, requiring sharpness, sterility, and leak-proof, ensuring smooth fluid delivery, no leakage and contamination. Traditional ultrasonic welding generates debris that blocks fluid channels, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding adopts a clean, non-contact process, suitable for medical-grade PE and PC materials, forming a seamless, smooth weld, internal burr-free, ensuring smooth infusion flow. The weld has high sealing performance (leakage rate ≤0.003ml/min), no fluid leakage, ensuring clinical infusion safety. The process is particle-free and residue-free, complying with medical device biocompatibility standards. The equipment supports high-volume production, cycle time 5-7 seconds per unit, production capacity 160 pieces per hour, helping infusion set manufacturers improve product reliability.
