IVD test cassettes are used for rapid diagnostic testing, requiring ultra-high precision, no leakage, and no contamination, ensuring accurate test results. Traditional assembly processes easily block internal channels or generate particles, leading to test errors. DaokeDao laser welding has ultra-high positioning accuracy (±0.003mm), with concentrated laser energy, heat-affected zone ≤0.15mm, completely avoiding channel blockage. The process is suitable for medical-grade COC and PC materials, particle-free and residue-free, no sample contamination, complying with IVD cleanliness requirements. The weld has high air tightness, no fluid leakage, ensuring stable test reaction. The equipment supports high-volume production, cycle time 6-8 seconds per unit, production capacity 140 pieces per hour, helping IVD manufacturers improve test accuracy and product pass rate.
