EV battery cooling pipe connectors connect cooling pipes to the battery pack, requiring good sealing, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance, ensuring stable coolant circulation and effective battery thermal management. Traditional mechanical clamping has gaps, leading to coolant leakage, while adhesive bonding degrades under coolant and high-temperature exposure. DaokeDao plastic laser welding is suitable for high-temperature-resistant PP and PA materials, forming a hermetic weld with leakage rate ≤0.005ml/min, completely blocking coolant leakage. The weld has excellent chemical resistance, withstanding long-term coolant erosion, and the heat-affected zone ≤0.2mm, avoiding damage to internal components. The equipment supports automated production, with full parameter monitoring and traceability, complying with EV battery safety standards, cycle time 8-11 seconds per unit, production capacity 70 pieces per hour, helping EV manufacturers improve battery thermal management efficiency and extend battery service life.
