TPMS sensors are installed on the wheel hub, monitoring tire pressure and temperature in real time, requiring ultra-high sealing, vibration resistance and high and low temperature resistance, adapting to harsh wheel operation environments. Traditional assembly processes have poor sealing and vibration resistance, easy sensor failure, leading to inaccurate data. DaokeDao laser welding provides a high-reliability sealing scheme for PBT and PC sensor housings, achieving IP67 hermetic sealing, effectively blocking rainwater, mud and dust intrusion. The weld has high strength, resists high-frequency vibration and impact during vehicle driving, maintaining stable internal component operation. The low-heat process does not damage internal battery and sensing components, ensuring long service life (more than 5 years). The equipment supports high-precision miniaturized welding, with a production capacity of 120 pieces per hour, complying with automotive safety standards, helping sensor manufacturers improve product stability and driving safety.
