Dental handpiece protective housings protect internal motor and spray channels, requiring high temperature sterilization resistance, sealing and wear resistance, adapting to high-speed rotation and clinical disinfection environment. Traditional assembly processes have poor sealing, easy entry of disinfectant and debris, damaging internal motors. DaokeDao laser welding provides a high-strength sealing scheme for medical-grade PA and PC materials, forming a dense weld, blocking disinfectant and debris intrusion, protecting internal components. The weld can withstand 134°C high-pressure steam sterilization and chemical disinfection, no deformation, yellowing or performance degradation, long service life. The non-contact process does not damage internal precision motors and spray channels, ensuring normal operation of the handpiece. The equipment adapts to small and precise component welding, suitable for dental instrument manufacturers, improving product durability and reducing maintenance costs.
