Medical eye dropper bottles deliver precise doses of medication to the eye, requiring leak-proof seals, sterility, and biocompatibility. These bottles are made of medical-grade plastics like PE and PP, demanding a clean, particle-free assembly process. Traditional adhesive bonding may leach chemicals into eye medication, while ultrasonic welding generates particles that can irritate the eye. DaokeDao plastic laser welding produces no debris or contaminants, ensuring the sterility of eye dropper bottles. The non-contact process forms a leak-proof seal (leakage rate ≤0.005ml/min), preventing medication leakage. It meets ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, avoiding chemical leaching into medication. Our systems support small, precise bottle designs and high-volume production (up to 160 units/hour), helping medical device manufacturers improve product safety and compliance.
