Medical diagnostic slide holders secure microscope slides during sample analysis, requiring precise alignment, sterility, and durability. These holders are made of medical-grade plastics like PC and COC, demanding a clean, particle-free assembly process. Traditional adhesive bonding may introduce contaminants that interfere with sample analysis, while ultrasonic welding generates particles that contaminate slides. DaokeDao plastic laser welding produces no debris or contaminants, ensuring the sterility of slide holders. The non-contact process forms a strong bond (tensile strength ≥22MPa) that maintains precise alignment (tolerance ≤±0.01mm), ensuring accurate sample positioning. It achieves a smooth surface finish (Ra ≤0.6μm) that does not scratch slides. Our systems are cleanroom-compatible (ISO 7), supporting high-volume production (up to 150 units/hour) with consistent quality. By ensuring slide holder reliability, DaokeDao laser welding helps diagnostic laboratories improve analysis accuracy and efficiency.
