Wheel speed sensors are essential for anti-lock braking systems (ABS) and electronic stability control (ESC), providing real-time wheel rotation data to ensure safe braking. These sensors are mounted on wheel hubs, exposed to extreme vibration (10-2500Hz), road debris, moisture, and temperature changes (-40°C to 85°C). Traditional ultrasonic welding introduces vibration that misaligns internal magnetic components, leading to inaccurate speed readings. DaokeDao plastic laser welding eliminates this risk with a non-contact, vibration-free process. The laser focuses on the weld joint with micron-level precision (±0.008mm), creating a strong bond (shear strength ≥20MPa) that withstands mechanical impact and vibration. It achieves IP67 hermetic sealing, blocking moisture and debris from entering the sensor housing. The process is compatible with sensor materials like PC and PBT, avoiding material degradation and maintaining sensor accuracy (measurement error ≤±0.1km/h).
