Laboratory blood collection tube racks require sterile and stable welding to hold tubes during collection and transport. Traditional racks have loose welds, causing tube damage and sample loss. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes rack manufacturing. The equipment forms strong welds with a load-bearing capacity ≥4kg, ensuring tube stability. Suitable for PP and ABS materials, the welds are sterile (ISO 13485 compliant) and smooth, preventing tube scratches. No dead corners facilitate cleaning and disinfection.
