Automotive OBC connector housings require heat-resistant and shielded welding to ensure charging safety. Traditional housings overheat and leak signals, causing component failure. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures connector reliability. Suitable for PC/ABS and conductive plastics, the welds withstand -40°C to 105°C and provide electromagnetic shielding (≥42dB). The hermetic seam achieves IP67 protection, blocking dust and moisture. The low-heat process avoids terminal damage. Compliant with IEC 61851 standards, it integrates into automated OBC lines with a cycle time of 12 seconds per unit. It supports different connector pin counts, with quick parameter adjustment.
