Suitable for medical-grade PEEK and silicone, the welds are biocompatible (ISO 10993), avoiding hemolysis and blood clotting. The low-heat process maintains material flexibility. With ±0.01mm positioning accuracy, it ensures precise assembly of pump head components. It supports different pump head sizes, with a welding speed of 2 units per minute.
