Medical histology slide boxes require sterile and dust-proof welding to preserve slide samples. Traditional boxes have gaps that allow dust and moisture intrusion, damaging samples. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures slide box integrity. The equipment forms hermetic welds with IP65 protection, blocking dust and moisture. Suitable for PP and ABS materials, the welds are smooth and burr-free, preventing slide scratches. The adhesive-free process meets ISO 13485 and GLP standards, avoiding sample contamination. It supports boxes of different slide capacities (25-100 slides), with a welding speed of 3 boxes per second. The automated welding process ensures consistent sealing performance, with a helium leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁷ mbar·L/s. It is suitable for laboratories and pathology facilities.
