Die-casting molds work in high-temperature and high-pressure environments for a long time, and their surface is easily worn and corroded by high-temperature molten metal. Daokedao Automation's laser cladding technology provides high-temperature resistant surface strengthening for die-casting molds. We select high-temperature resistant cobalt-based alloys and nickel-based alloys as cladding materials, which can withstand temperatures up to 1200℃, maintaining excellent performance under high-temperature conditions. The cladding layer has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively resisting the erosion of molten metal such as aluminum alloy and zinc alloy. The thermal conductivity of the coating is optimized to improve the heat dissipation performance of the mold, reducing thermal fatigue and extending mold life. Our laser cladding equipment can realize localized strengthening of key areas of the die-casting mold such as the gate and cavity, improving the service life of the mold by 2-4 times. The cladding process has a small heat-affected zone, avoiding mold deformation caused by high temperature.
