Daokedao Laser Cladding Success Story: Improving Productivity for a Turkish Steel Mill
A Turkish steel mill has long been troubled by the short service life of rolls, which need to be replaced every 15 days, resulting in frequent production shutdowns and high replacement costs. After introducing Daokedao's laser cladding equipment to repair and strengthen the rolls, the steel mill's production efficiency has been significantly improved. Daokedao's technical team customized a special cladding process for the steel mill's rolls, using high-temperature and wear-resistant cobalt-based alloy powder to clad the roll surface.
