Turbine blades are subjected to harsh conditions of high temperature and high pressure steam for a long time, enduring strong mechanical stress and chemical erosion, making them highly susceptible to damage such as erosion, corrosion, and cracking. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses advanced process technology and special high-temperature alloy powder as the coating material.
