The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Ni-Cr-B-Si nickel based alloy powder to melt a 1mm strengthening layer on key parts of the component. The surface roughness Ra of the cladding layer is ≤ 0.1 μ m, the dimensional accuracy error is ≤ 0.001mm, the hardness is HRC50-55, and the wear resistance is 6 times higher than that of the original component. According to application data from a certain chemical fiber factory, the service life of components after melting has been extended to 18 months, the spinning breakage rate has decreased from 2% to 0.1%, and the annual output of a single spinning line has increased by more than 30 tons.
