After the coating of metal cutting blades (such as turning blades and milling blades) wears out, the cutting resistance increases, the surface quality of the workpiece decreases, and traditional methods directly scrap them. Daokedao adopts laser cladding and recoating technology. After removing residual coatings, a TiAlN composite coating is deposited with a thickness of 0.005-0.01mm, a hardness of HV2000, and an oxidation resistance temperature of 800 ℃, which is consistent with the performance of the new blade coating. When cutting 45 # steel with the repaired blade, the cutting speed increased from 100m/min to 150m/min, and the tool life reached 80% of that of the new blade. The cost of repairing a single blade is 50 yuan, saving 150 yuan compared to newer blades. After being applied in a certain machinery factory, the cost of blade consumption has been reduced by 60%, saving 80000 yuan per year. The surface roughness of the workpiece has been reduced from Ra1.2 μ m to Ra0.6 μ m. It is compatible with commonly used blade models such as CCMT and CNMG, supports batch repair, and can handle 200 pieces per shift.
