After the turbine speed governing shaft is worn, the speed governing accuracy decreases, leading to the reduction of power generation efficiency. Traditional repair is easy to lead to shaft deformation. Daokedao adopts ultra precision laser cladding technology, with a dimensional tolerance of ± 0.005mm and a straightness error of ≤ 0.01mm/m after repairing the speed control shaft, and the speed control accuracy is restored to ± 0.01mm. It uses 25Cr2MoV alloy powder that is consistent with the main shaft material, and the bonding strength of the cladding layer reaches 700MPa, with a hardness of HRC55-58. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated straightening system for speed regulating shafts, which monitors deformation in real-time during the repair process. The repair cycle for a single Φ 100mm speed regulating shaft is 12 hours. After application in a certain thermal power plant, the efficiency of steam turbine power generation increased from 38% to 41%, with an annual increase of 10 million kWh of electricity.
