Mold water leakage is the main cause of uneven temperature control, and Daokedao has completely solved this problem through a three-dimensional leak prevention system of "material+process+detection". In terms of materials, Cu Ni Si alloy powder is selected, which has excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance. After 10000 hours of salt spray testing, there is no corrosion, and the corrosion resistance is three times higher than that of traditional brass powder; At the same time, the powder flowability is ≥ 30s/50g, ensuring uniform melting in narrow waterways. In terms of technology, the "low-pressure cladding+inner hole grinding" process is adopted: the laser power is controlled at 800-1000W to avoid the accumulation of the cladding layer caused by high pressure; After fusion, the diamond grinding head is used for precise grinding, with a tolerance of ± 0.01mm for the inner diameter of the waterway and a clearance of ≤ 0.005mm with the plug. In terms of testing, dual verification of airtightness testing and water pressure testing is adopted: the airtightness testing pressure is 0.8MPa, and there is no leakage after 30 minutes of pressure holding; The water pressure test pressure is 1.2MPa, and extreme working conditions are simulated for verification. After applying this system in a certain injection molding factory, the water leakage rate decreased from 18% to 0.5%, the temperature control accuracy improved from ± 3 ℃ to ± 1 ℃, the product shrinkage rate decreased by 90%, and the annual cost of cooling water was saved by 50000 yuan.
