Daokedao adopts ultra precision laser cladding technology, with a roundness error of ≤ 0.003mm after journal repair, a flatness error of ≤ 0.005mm/m for the thrust disc, and a matching accuracy of IT4 level. Select 25Cr2MoV alloy powder that is consistent with the spindle material, with a fusion layer bonding strength of 700MPa and a hardness of HRC55-58. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated support system for the turbine main shaft, which monitors deformation in real-time during the repair process. The repair cycle for a single Φ 400mm main shaft is 48 hours.
