After the wear of the main shaft neck and thrust plate of the steam turbine, it will lead to a decrease in turbine efficiency and excessive vibration. Daokedao adopts ultra precision laser cladding technology, with a roundness error of ≤ 0.003mm after journal repair, a flatness error of ≤ 0.005mm/m for the thrust disc, and a matching accuracy of IT4 level. Select 25Cr2MoV alloy powder that is consistent with the spindle material, with a fusion layer bonding strength of 700MPa and a hardness of HRC55-58. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated support system for the turbine main shaft, which monitors deformation in real-time during the repair process. The repair cycle for a single Φ 400mm main shaft is 48 hours. After application, the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine increased from 38% to 41%, and the vibration value was ≤ 1.2mm/s, which meets the GB/T 5578 steam turbine acceptance standard and is suitable for operation and maintenance of thermal power plants.
