After the wear of the press roller shaft of the paper machine, the flatness of the roller surface decreases, resulting in uneven thickness of the paper product. Daokedao adopts nickel phosphorus alloy mirror cladding technology. After repair, the surface roughness of the roller shaft is Ra0.03 μ m, and the roundness error is ≤ 0.008mm, which is consistent with the accuracy of the new roller. By using low-temperature cladding technology (substrate temperature rise<100 ℃), deformation of the roller shaft is avoided, and the matching accuracy reaches IT4 level. The equipment is equipped with a large roller shaft support rotating mechanism, which can adapt to pressing rollers with a length of less than 6 meters. It adopts segmented melting and overall polishing technology, and the repair cycle of a single roller shaft does not exceed 72 hours. After application, the thickness difference of paper products has been reduced from ± 0.05mm to ± 0.02mm, and the roller life has been extended to 24 months, making it suitable for paper production lines such as cultural paper and packaging paper.
